Starting Your Staycation
It's actually pretty simple!
Step 1
Choose your staycation dates and complete your booking
with us. As your staycation approaches, we'll be in touch
with more details about your setup day, and we'll check
with you about where you'd like us to set up your hot tub.

Step 2
The day before your staycation, we will deliver one of our portable hot tubs to your address. We will connect the hot tub to your outdoor electrical outlet and fill it from your outdoor water source. We will test the chemical balance of the water and apply the proper ratios of the necessary chemicals to keep your hot tub clean and safe. We'll make sure the heating and filtration systems are running properly, ensuring you enjoy the relaxing experience you're hoping for. The entire process takes about 1.5 hrs.

Step 3
You relax and enjoy. You should not need us, but we'll be available just in case.

Step 4
The day after your booking ends, we'll return to drain your hot tub. We'll get everything out of your way, and look forward to seeing you again soon for more staycation fun.
Staycation FAQs
How big are your hot tubs?
Our portable hot tubs are rated for 4 adults. If you want to strech out, they accommodate 2 adults comfortably. Our hot tubs are 71" in diameter.
How do you clean your hot tubs between bookings?
Between every booking we run all of our hot tubs through a thorough disinfecting process called hyper-chlorination, including sanitizing the heating and filtration system, to ensure your hot tub is crystal clean.
What do I need to provide?
All we need is access to a 110v outdoor electrical outlet and an outdoor water source. We'll have everything else you need.
Will I need hot tub chemicals?
Nope! We will apply all the necessary chemicals and make sure the water is balanced when we set up your hot tub.
How hot can the hot tub get?
Our hot tubs can be set at up to 104 degrees.
How long does it take for the hot tub to heat up?
We will deliver your hot tub the day before your booking begins so you can be sure to enjoy every minute of your staycation time. It takes about 24 hrs to reach its set temperature, depending on the air temperature at the time.
What do you do with the water when you pick up the hot tub?
We typically pump the water to the nearest street drain so that it properly enters the water treatment system.
